Riteway Remodeling Renovations is a Hudson Valley Contractor offering professional assistance with your local Department of Buildings. Riteway works with both residential and commercial properties. Before you start your project, or place your home on the market, contact us. We will be happy to explain whether you need a permit and if so, which one and what will be required. If you are considering selling your home, please make sure that all your renovations have a Certificate of Compliance or Certificate of Occupancy. If you are not sure what the Department of Buildings has on file, we will do the research for you.

About Me
MY NAME IS Michael spidalieri, president, founder
As President, Michael rolls up his sleeves and personally oversees every aspect of the business from initial client contact through to project completion. His attention to detail and determination to deliver excellent customer service are the driving forces behind his management style and work ethic.
Client satisfaction is Michael’s top priority, so he is well versed in economic planning and the importance of adherence to schedules.
Michael started his career in construction at the age of 20 when he was hired as an electrician’s helper. In 1998, he purchased his first home and decided to renovate it himself. He enjoyed the work and decided to start his own company.
